General Terms and Conditions

Every buyer and user of the website is obliged to familiarize themselves with the terms of use and purchase.

Product prices

Product prices on www.two-little-dots.com are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT. Prices and any discounts are valid on the day of placing the order. Prices do not include delivery.

The price for the purchase of the product and the price of shipping costs are clearly visible when ordering and on the invoice received by the buyer when purchasing the book.

The photo and the actual appearance of the item may differ.

For each purchase made, we issue an invoice in accordance with the law. Invoices are sent electronically.

Methods of payment

We provide two payment methods for orders:

PAYMENT ACCORDING TO THE ESTIMATE OZ. TRANSFER TO TRR:

The buyer can pay the ransom (price of the book / s and shipping costs) to the seller’s transaction account on the basis of a pro forma invoice.

PAY PAL:

We also enable payment via the Pay Pal online bank. When you choose to pay via Pay Pal, you will be redirected to a pane owned by Pay Pal. To make a payment, you must be a registered Pay Pala user and holder of one of the credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. The purchase is 100% secure, as only Pay Pal has your account information.

Delivery

Delivery for two little dots is performed by GLS d.o.o. (Slovenia) and Post AT (Österreich).

The seller hands over the package with the book or books to the delivery service of GLS d.o.o. and Post AT, which delivers the packages every working day between 8:00 and 16:00. The supplier is not obliged to wait for the buyer at the agreed address, if the buyer is not available at the agreed time. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, another re-delivery can be arranged.

If it is established that the goods cannot objectively be delivered within the promised time, the seller must inform the buyer via e-mail or telephone.

Order

By clicking on the Order button after completing all the mandatory fields of the order form, the customer successfully completes the order and receives a confirmation of the successfully placed order to the e-mail address.

Before placing an order, the buyer becomes acquainted with and agrees to the full terms of business between the seller and the buyer. The seller in the e-commerce system is not responsible for any loss caused by the interruption, modification, removal or unavailability of e-commerce services.

Cancel order

After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the customer. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. If you wish to withdraw from the order, please notify us no later than 6 hours after placing the order by email info@two-little-dots.com.

Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Withdrawal must be notified in writing to info@two-little-dots.com. The date of sending the e-mail is considered as a timely notice of cancellation.

The received goods must be returned to the seller unused, undamaged and in the same quantity within fourteen (14) days after you have notified the seller of the withdrawal from the contract. The return of the received goods within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were handed over to Urška Biberović, Peter Rosegger Straße 33/15, 8053 Graz, Österreich.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The bidder is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not meet the bidder’s general terms and conditions.

Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity, we will refund the payments made no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods. When returning the goods, it is also necessary to send an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account where you want the payment to be returned.

Right to refuse service

The seller reserves the right not to deliver the products in exceptional cases. The seller has the right to cancel the order if he does not obtain confirmation of the purchase from the buyer by phone or e-mail. The seller is obliged to inform the buyer about the withdrawal from the delivery by e-mail or telephone. If the buyer has not provided the correct personal data, the seller is not obliged to inform.

Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of non-performance or delay in performance of any obligation that may result from an event or circumstance beyond the control of the seller.
